Ron Foxcroft
Founder & C.E.O., Fox 40 International Inc.

Ron is the Founder of Fox 40 International Inc. and the man behind the first pealess whistle.

Ron plays an active role as Chairman, Founder & C.E.O. of Fox 40 International Inc. and Chairman & C.E.O. of Fluke Transportation. He has been named by Profit Magazine as one of the top 10 entrepreneurs of the decade. Ron is also a former National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Basketball referee. Ron was the NCAA's first and only Canadian Referee. He has officiated professional basketball since 1963 and refereed a full NCAA schedule until his retirement on March 7th, 1999. Ron has officiated in over 30 countries including the Olympic Gold Medal basketball game at the 1976 Montreal Olympics. In 1999, he was inducted into the Canadian Basketball Hall of Fame. Ron returned 4 years after his retirement to Basketball and continues to work as a game observer for the National Basketball League (NBA).

Dave Foxcroft

Dave Foxcroft is responsible for managing Fox 40's Global Sales, Marketing and Operations. He oversees the development of the company's diverse, innovative product base and strategic acquisitions. Dave's experience, along with his highly capable team, has led Fox 40 to a pivotal point in its evolution. Fox 40 is a product-led, consumer-focused, whistle and accessory company that people worldwide have come to know and trust.

If Dave isn't at Fox 40's Corporate Headquarters, you might find him working as a professional referee in the Canadian Football League (CFL Referee #30). Dave even refereed in the prestigious 100th Grey Cup in Toronto and 101st Grey Cup in Saskatchewan. Dave likes to use the Fox 40 Sonik Blast CMG. If you can't see him, you’ll definitely hear his whistle!
